Rasch Career Self Efficacy Scale Analysis for High School Students

Career self-efficacy is one of the important factors that determine success students in carrying out their careers. Likewise with school counselors, measuring students' career will help them understand and develop strategies to plans. For this reason, a valid reliable efficacy measurement tool needed. This study aims analyze feasibility student scale based on RASCH modeling. Participants were 30 who involved as respondents 25-item test. Rasch analysis was made by WINSTEPS 3.73 program evaluate Indonesian version looking at validity reality item-person fit measure, Cronbach's alpha value, separation index, dimensions, response patterns scalogram, bias items according gender. The results indicate 25 there are 5 or do not meet model. reliability Cronbach Alpha 0.96 very high. total gross variance described measure 47%, which means able predict quite accurately. Overall, it can be concluded has good psychometric properties so used for assessment research.
